TERMS AND CONDITIONS - TOTAL E SOFT
1. The purchase of a Total E Soft custom-branded online casino package from Online Casino Builders includes building, uploading, and maintaining the client's Web site. This maintenance includes, but is not limited to: game updates, bonus and promotion updates, revision of terms, etc. Lifetime Web hosting is provided at no extra cost.
2. Online Casino Builders will build a premium custom-designed online casino Web site for the client. Online Casino Builders will create a unique, one-of-a kind Web site based on the client's specifications. The custom-built design will not be resold to any other client.
3. Total E Soft will supply the custom-branded casino software, provide customer service and payouts to the client's players, handle all financial transactions, and supply all gaming licenses for the client to operate under. The client receives a lifetime gaming software license to use the casino software.
4. The client will supply Online Casino Builders with all information necessary to build their Web site - including casino name, URL (domain name), and complete contact information for enrollment into casino partnership program.
5. Online Casino Builders will supply the client with an exclusive marketing guide and an inventory of online banners to assist in the marketing and promotion of the client's Web site. The client is not allowed to redistribute the marketing guide or banners.
6. The client is not allowed to create or resell duplicate Web sites.
7. The client understands that Online Casino Builders is an independent Web site design company and does not handle any gaming or financial transactions whatsoever.
8. The client must follow all of the terms and conditions set forth by Total E Soft.
9. The client must sign the casino software licensing agreement supplied by Total E Soft.
